Because of the custom, service-based nature of our work, our refund policy reflects the real effort and resources dedicated to your ecommerce business.
We encourage all prospective clients to take advantage of our free consultation before purchasing any package, to ensure our services are the right fit for their business goals.
All one-time setup fees (Basic, Premium, Expert, and Advanced packages) are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Work is considered to have commenced upon receipt of your initial payment and the beginning of any design, development, strategy, or onboarding activities. This includes but is not limited to:
If you wish to cancel before any work has begun, please contact us within 48 hours of your payment. Cancellations submitted within this window may be eligible for a full refund at the discretion of Beacon Ecommerce management.

Beacon Ecommerce understands that unexpected situations arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds under exceptional circumstances are issued solely at the discretion of Beacon Ecommerce management and are not guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our services, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can work to resolve your concerns. Beacon Ecommerce is committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any issues through revisions, alternative approaches, or additional support.
Dissatisfaction with results alone does not constitute grounds for a refund, as ecommerce outcomes are influenced by many factors beyond our direct control, including market conditions, product-market fit, and client-side execution.
We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving all concerns professionally and promptly.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed against services that have been delivered as agreed may result in the immediate termination of all services and may be pursued through applicable legal channels.
Access to Beacon Ecommerce's training programs (6-Week, 8-Week, and 12-Week programs) is granted upon payment. Once access has been provided, training program fees are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the client has accessed or completed the training content.

Beacon Ecommerce reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
