By accessing Beacon Ecommerce's website, purchasing any package, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our platform and services.
Beacon Ecommerce reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Beacon Ecommerce offers a range of ecommerce services including, but not limited to:
All services are delivered as described in your selected package or as outlined in a custom agreement. Beacon Ecommerce reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable prior notice.
All setup fees and one-time package payments are due in full prior to the commencement of any work. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Beacon Ecommerce accepts all major credit and debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.
Failure to submit payment on time may result in a pause or termination of services. Beacon Ecommerce is not liable for any business losses incurred due to delayed or failed payments by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any necessary assets (logos, images, brand materials) required to deliver services. Delays caused by missing client materials may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Beacon Ecommerce.
Clients must ensure that all information provided to Beacon Ecommerce is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for their business, including store designs, logos, and branded content. Beacon Ecommerce retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, and training materials developed by Beacon Ecommerce remain the exclusive intellectual property of Beacon Ecommerce.
Beacon Ecommerce provides all services on a best-effort basis. While we are committed to delivering exceptional results, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, sales figures, or business growth results, as these are subject to market conditions and factors beyond our control.
In no event shall Beacon Ecommerce be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits or business interruption.
Beacon Ecommerce treats all client business information with strict confidentiality. We will not share, sell, or disclose your business data to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.
Either party may terminate a monthly service agreement with 30 days written notice. Setup fees and one-time project payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Monroe, WA, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.
